All undergarment and hosiery items are final sales. For consumers' protection, Angelina.Shop does not accept returns or process refunds if the items are opened, tried on, worn, or washed.
- If buyers are not completely satisfied with the purchase, simply file for a return. All return inquiry/authorization will be answered within 2 business days.
- If a product is defective, simply send us a picture (before filing for a return) as proof of damage. Angelina.Shop will take measures to correct the situation and ensure that you are completely satisfied.
- If buyers are returning non-defective item, buyers are responsible for pay for return shipping fees.
- Full refunds will be processed in 2 business days after receiving the returned goods in an Angelina.Shop fulfillment center.
Angelina.Shop reserves the rights to inspect all returned goods and reject refunds if items are not returned in their original condition. Angelina.Shop is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
