Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received them in. They must also be in the original packaging.
All wearable items, including but are not limited to, undergarment, hosiery, and socks, are final sales. For consumers' protection, Angelina.Shop does not accept returns or process refunds if the items are opened, tried on, worn, or washed.

*If buyers are not completely satisfied with the purchase, simply file for a return WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase. All return inquiries/authorization will be answered within 2 business days.

*If a product is defective, simply send us a picture (before filing for a return) as proof of damage, Angelina.Shop will take measure(s) to correct the situation and ensure that you are completely satisfied.

*Refunds will be processed in 2 business days after receiving the returned goods at the Angelina.Shop fulfillment center.

Angelina.Shop reserves the right to inspect all returned goods and reject the refund if item is not returned in its original condition. Angelina.Shop is not responsible for delayed or lost returned packages.

Exchanges

Angelina.Shop will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at contact@angelina.shop to get started.
