Returns Application

  1. For consumer protection/hygienic reasons, all undergarments and hosiery products are FINAL SALE.
  2. Items marked as FINAL SALE are not returnable unless the product received is incorrect or damaged and that a photo proof of defect is provided.
  3. Returned item must be in its new, original condition, unwashed and with tags.
  4. Returned package must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving in order to obtain a refund.
  5. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additional shipping costs such as expedited shipping fees are subject to deductions at the time of refund.
  6. Returned goods will be inspected for refund eligibility. The company reserves the rights to process partial refunds and reject refunds if returned goods are not in resalable condition.
